”Jesus. What the hell happened?” I asked Tom as soon as I caught sight of the ghastly white thing attached to his arm. Throwing my files down onto the living room table, I ran up to him by the door to inspect it closely with my own eyes.
“Set accident. I fell down incorrectly and now my arm is broken.” He shrugged like nothing had happened.
“Does it hurt?” I asked while gently turning his arm to see the other side.
“A little.” Tom flinched when I turned too much.

Loki woke up to find the bed empty, but he noticed the light from the en suite was on. He quickly rushed through to find Sadene where she was most mornings, on her knees spewing into the toilet.
‘Oh my darling.’ He instantly knelt down beside her, pulled her hair gently back out of her face. He rubbed her back in circles with his free hand. This had become a normal scene for the two lately. Once she had finished, Loki wiped her mouth with a cloth and sweeper her off her feet. She leaned into his chest and smiled as he carried her back to bed. He smiled down at her, she was just starting to show now at 13 weeks. Though to anyone who didn’t know her, would simply think she was just putting the weight on.

She held aloft a glass of champagne and shouted, “Whilst this seat was won under the most tragic of circumstances, I’d like to welcome the new Member for Wendon East, and my friend, Melissa Campbell, to parliament! May your tenure here be as full of Tory-bashing as possible! To Melissa!”
The crowd of Labour M.Ps on their side of the bar toasted Melissa’s victory in the Wendon East by-election. She glanced over at the Conservatives, who were sat seething as per usual. They had no chance of winning in Wendon East but to come fifth and to have their candidate lose their deposit was an embarrassment they were not expecting. I do not believe Loki intends to retrieve the casket, I do not know why he wants to enter a battle we cannot hope to win. You will go to Asgard, you warn them of Loki’s attack, so Odin will know that it is Loki and not Jotunheim that seeks war.” Talikon growled into her ear.
